I want to know like the processes and technical stuff associated with returning a car the U.S. If anyone can provide me a link to a site or something that would be much appreciated. Anybody know about how much it would cost too?

Would it be cheaper to import one to america from Europe or Japan?(Modifications to get it to comply with DOT and EPA standards wise, not car price.) And also, what would be the approximate price?
